Pick up or delivery day is the most exciting but sad day for all of us (you, us, the puppies, mama and the rest of the dogs). But we also have things that need to get completed before your puppy can leave us. Pick ups and deliveries are a little different.

Pick-ups:
~ Before coming here, I ask for everyone to come in clean clothes, no heavy perfumes or strong scents, if at all possible, avoid visiting other animals before coming (your own is ok, I'm talking about other animals that don't live with you).
~ When you get here, I will ask for you to take your shoes off at the door.
~ You can visit and play with all the pups and adults and answer any questions.
~ Go over puppy's binders with all of his/her paperwork inside
~ Sign contracts
~ Pay any final balances if any at this time
~ Pick out your puppy pack items for what you need for you puppy.
~ Finally, I take a picture with your family and your new puppy.

Deliveries: 
~ You are responsible for all shipping cost and final payment that is due at least 2 weeks before delivery.
~ Pick out your puppy pack items for what you need for you puppy.
~ We will deliver your puppy right to you or will meet you halfway (that is up to you on what you prefer or like).
~ I will have dam with me for you to see her.
~ Go over puppy's binders with all of his/her paperwork inside.
~ Sign contracts
~ Finally, I take a picture with your family and your new puppy.
